This included conducting office inspections, chair-side ergonomic assessments, working with our Emergency Preparedness Committee to increase first aid training, Stop the Bleed training, customer service paging training and emergency preparedness drills.<\/p>\n After experiencing two calendar years (2017 and 2018) and over 1 million hours without a recordable incident, NSC recorded 4 on-the-job injuries during 2019. Our 2019 incident rate increased to 1.5, with 1.3 being the average recordable rate for the professional and business services industry sector.<\/p>\n As a mission-driven nonprofit organization, revenue from our programs, services and philanthropic donations goes right back into our advocacy work so we can help people live their fullest lives.
